Well, now you can learn for yourself as you train alongside Ryan Lochte. Train on your own time with pre-recorded videos with Ryan and his professional trainer, Kyle, and you can join them live each week.
Live workouts will occur twice each week leading up to Tokyo and all live workouts will be recorded and placed into the online library.

Join Ryan and his personal trainer Kyle for live workouts twice a week! Register in advance to get a spot on-camera and to have Ryan keep you motivated throughout the workout.
Access a library of on-demand workouts to train when it’s convenient for you. These workouts were designed to be tough, but efficient so you can knock them out in 30 minutes or less.
All of the live workout sessions will be uploaded to the website - giving you the flexibility to join Ryan and Kyle live or work out later on.
Meet the Team
Jennifer started her fitness career by training music stars like Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera as they prepared for music videos and tours. But you know you’re a badass when that’s at the end of your bio as Jennifer has gone on to write two best selling fitness books and has become one of the leading voices in virtual fitness with her Hot 5 app and extensive work with Weight Watchers and Tonal Gym.
Ryan is a twelve-time Olympic medalist with his eyes set on Tokyo 2021. His seven individual Olympic medals are second all-time in Men’s Swimming and he currently holds the world record in the 200 individual medley. His 12 overall medals are tied for second all-time in US Olympic history and he’s preparing to add to both of those totals in Tokyo.
Kyle has been Ryan’s personal trainer for the past two years and has been instrumental in keeping Ryan in elite shape heading into Tokyo. Kyle is the owner and head trainer at Muscle Farm Gym in Gainesville, Florida. Kyle played college football for the Florida Gators and was a member of the 2008 National Championship team.
